  Le chef cuisinier de la Résidence de l’Ambassadeur du Japon, M. SHIMURA Kenji, accompagné de l’influenceur algérien M. Adel Cherad, vous présente sur la chaîne YouTube de notre Ambassade des recettes de plats populaires au Japon faits avec des ingrédients disponibles en Algérie. Dans cette série de vidéo, nous ne nous limitons pas à des plats traditionnels. Au Japon, de nombreux plats sont d’origine étrangère mais se sont développés aux goûts des Japonais. Nous avons choisi comme thème, le pain de mie, le sushi et l’omelette du riz !
